Please note this year the exhibition will be only 3 days (May 20-22, 2025), even thought the event will be 4 days.

Cancellation Policy

Exhibitors

Your payment less 20 % of the chosen package rate will be reimbursed if a cancellation is received before January 12, 2025.
If a cancellation is received between January 12, 2025 and April 01, 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
No reimbursement will be made after April 01, 2025
