Cancellation Policy

Exhibitors

Your payment less 20 % of the chosen package rate will be reimbursed if a cancellation is received before January 31, 2023.
If a cancellation is received between January 31, 2023 and April 15, 2023, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
No reimbursement will be made after April 15, 2023
