Cancellation Policy

Exhibitors

Your payment less 20 % of the chosen package rate will be reimbursed if a cancellation is received before January 12, 2024.
If a cancellation is received between January 12, 2024 and April 01, 2024, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
No reimbursement will be made after April 01, 2024
