Cancellation Policy

Exhibitors

Your payment less 20 % of the chosen package rate will be reimbursed if a cancellation is received before January 30, 2026.
If a cancellation is received between January 30, 2026 and March 02, 2026, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
No reimbursement will be made after March 02, 2026
